医学生考前心理卫生与其考试成绩的多元相关分析

An Analysis of Multiple Linear Correlation on Medical Student's Mental Healthe before Examination and their Examinational Results

以SCL-90切为工具调查医学生考前心理卫生状况。结果显示，医学生强迫、焦虑、敌对、偏执和精神病性各因子均分明显高于全国常模，而且男生比女生心理卫生状况差。有些症状在男、女生中的发生率高达20％－40％。复相关系数显示，心理卫生状况对考试成绩有明显影响。偏相关系数显示，强迫和焦虑因子对考试成绩的负影响最明显。

Medical student's mental health the examination was was investigated with SCL-90，The resultshows that each factor's means on medical student's obsessive - compulsive ，compulsive ，hostilty ，paranoid ideationand psychotism are obviously higher than national common range ，but man student s mental health is worse thanwoman student's. Among man and woman students incidence rates of some symptoms highy achieve about 20%~ 4o%. The coefficient of multiple correlation shows that condition of mental hhoWS tha condihon of mental health obviousl induencesexminational result The coeficients of partial correlation show that obsessive -compulsive and anxiety obviouslyproduce negetive influence upon examinational result。
