通过几个典型事例,说明了涂装生产中人为破坏产生质量问题的可能性是很小的。在事实未调查清楚之前,不能公开宣称某一质量问题是人为破坏。人为破坏发生突然、目的性强、往往容易查出;非故意的原因导致质量问题,应以人为本,通过批评、教育、培训减少发生几率;因职工知识不足引起的问题,其上级质量技术管理者应从自身找原因,完善培训机制。发生问题,应避免错误分析,才能使人心凝聚,质量稳定,生产顺畅。

By means of some so- called deliberate cases, the paper gives the fact that man- made trouble in powder coating is rarely happen. Before finally and clearly proved, it is wise not to announce some cases be made by somebody. Distrusts among colleagues will disturb the production and will affect to investigate the real cause. Man-made trouble has three features： clear intent, unexpected appearance and can be easily find out. Quality problems caused by workers＇ carelessness should be avoid through teaching and training. If workers don＇t know how and why of the operation, it will be the manager＇t responsibility to improve training system. When problem happen, try to avoid giving mistake conclusion before careful investigation.
