长撑杆双颚板抓斗是广泛使用的散货装卸工具。抓斗的抓取性能与使用寿命直接关系到起重机的装卸效率与散货装卸成本。本文讨论了设计长撑杆双颚板抓斗时遇到的几个值得关注的问题,即抓斗的合理使用寿命、抓斗重要的几何参数和抓斗单位容积自重。
Long stay bar double jaw boards grab is widely used as bulk cargos loading/unloading equipment. The grabbing performance and service life have direct influence on loading efficiency and cost. The paper covers several problems in designing long stay bar double jaw boards grab such as the reasonable service life, the geometric parameters of grab and dead weight per unit volume.
