摘要
主要针对聚氨酯缓冲器具有大变形吸收碰撞动能的特点,建立相应的力学模型,运用ANSYS有限元软件,对直柱型与开槽型的聚氨酯缓冲器进行分析与比较,对聚氨酯缓冲器的设计与应用起到指导作用。
In view of the characteristics of its high deformation absorbing energy, the paper establishes the corresponding model of polyurethane buffer, and uses ANSYS software to analyze and compare cylindrical and ring groove polyurethane buffers. It will serves as a better guide to application and design of similar buffers.
