摘要
针对ISG(integrated-starter-generator)型混合动力汽车建立相应的ISG电机-发动机仿真模型,研究不同的电机控制策略对发动机启动性能的影响,通过控制电机的转速和转矩快速拖动发动机启动,并根据发动机台架试验确定最优的电机控制策略。试验结果表明,通过合理控制ISG电机能够实现发动机快速启动,取消发动机启动加浓过程,降低启动时的油耗及排放。
A model for ISG (integrated starter/generator) motor and engine of an ISG HEV is set up for simulating the effect of different motor control strategies on the starting performance of engine. By controlling the rotating speed and torque of motor for quickly motoring the engine to start, the optimal motor control strategy is determined through engine bench tests. The results show that the engine can be quickly started by the proper control of ISG motor, thus the mixture enriching in starting period can be eliminated and hence both fuel consumption and emission are reduced at start stage.
