纳米ZnO处理桑蚕丝织物的抗菌抗紫外性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 为改善蚕丝纤维的性能,提高真丝制品的附加值,赋予其功能性,采用纳米ZnO分散液(平均粒径为53.16nm)整理桑蚕丝织物,测试其抗菌性能和抗紫外性能.结果表明:整理后桑蚕丝织物对大肠杆菌抑菌圈直径为8.5mm,对金黄色葡萄球菌为9.2mm;织物对UVA、UVB的平均透过率分别由34.4%、25.5%(处理前)降低到5.3%、4.3%(处理后),UPF值由6.2提高到24.6.说明经纳米ZnO分散液整理后桑蚕丝织物具有良好的抗菌性能及紫外线屏蔽效果. In order to improve the performance of B.mori silk fiber and enhance the added value of silk product, the B.mori silk was treated with nano-ZnO dispersion of the particles with average size of 53.16 nm. The antibacterial and anti-UV performances of treated silk fabric were tested. The results indicated that the antibacterial circle diameters reached 8.5 mm for bacillus coil and 9.2 mm for staphylococcus, respectively. The before and after treatment average transmissibility of fabrics to UVA, UVB decreased from 34.4%, 25.5% to 5.3%, 4.3%, and the UPF value of the fabrics also enhanced from original 6.2 to 24.6. The treated silk fabrics had good antibacterial performance against the staphylococcus aureus and bacillus coil, and the anti-UV radiation performance was enhanced distinctly.
