摘要 根据客运专线的建设,对旅客列车在客运专线和既有线间的跨线优化组织进行研究。建立了有时间约束和运能约束的跨线组织优化的0-1规划模型,并通过Excel的0-1规划求解计算。通过对实用性问题的探讨,针对客运专线条件下跨线组织优化解和运行图时间窗可能冲突的问题,提出跨线组织模型作为整个优化问题的双层规划模型中下层规划部分的解决设想。 With the development of passenger-dedicated line (PDL), the paper studies the optimization model and program of organization of passenger trains crossing PDLs and existing railways, a 0-1 programming model restricted by time and transport capacity is established for passenger trains crossing PDLs and existing railways. The model could be computed with Excel. Through analyzing the practicality of the model and aiming at the conflict between the optimal solution of cross line passenger train organization and time windows of train diagrams, it is suggested that the lower level of a bi-level programming model should be used as the optimization model of organization of passenger trains crossing PDLs and existing railways.
