摘要 道路拥挤收费是现代城市交通需求管理的有效措施。道路拥挤收费方案的路网影响评价是方案决策中的一项重要内容。根据路网系统多输入、多输出的特点,引入数据包络分析方法评价收费方案对路网的影响,提出改进的数据包络模型,对收费方案在改善路网性能、缓解拥挤方面的绩效进行排序。通过基于DEA的拥挤收费方案评价算例说明方法的可行性。 Road congestion pricing is an effective measure of modern urban traffic management. The road network effect evaluation of road congestion pricing schemes is one of the important content of pricing schemes decision-making. According to the multiple-input and multiple-output characteristic of the road network system, data envelopment analysis (DEA) method is introduced to evaluate the road network effect of the road congestion pricing schemes, and an improved data envelopment analysis model is presented to rank the pricing schemes according to the effects of improving network performance and easing traffic congestion of different schemes. Calculation result of an example shows that the DEA- based evaluation method is feasible.
