摘要 Satoyoshi综合征是由Satoyoshi和Yamada在1967年首次报告的一种全身性疾病，其以全身一组或多组肌肉的进行性疼痛性肌瘁挛、毛发脱落、腹泻为主要特征，同时可伴有骨关节畸形、内分泌紊乱以及自身免疫缺陷等多系统异常。近年关于此病的报道中．患者的异常多发生在四肢肌肉及骨关节；
