摘要
用端异氰酸酯基液体橡胶与环氧树脂制得液体橡胶─环氧树脂聚合物(ETPB)。在ETPB中分别加入质量分数为5%和10%的纳米Al2O3,并选择适宜的固化剂固化,制得ETPB-Al2O3复合材料。测试了ETPB,ETPB-Al2O3复合材料在液体石蜡润滑下的滑动摩擦性能,考察了磨损率及摩擦系数与载荷和滑动速度之间的关系,并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对几种材料磨损表面进行了观察。结果表明,端异氰酸酯基液体橡胶改性环氧树脂可显著提高抗磨损性能;填充纳米Al2O3无机粒子可显著提高ETPB的抗磨损性能,其最佳填充量为5%。
The isocyanat-terminated polybutadiene liquid rubber-epoxy resin (ETPB) was prepared, and filled with 5%, 10% nano-Al2O3 respectively. The composition were cuffed with a suitable curing agent. The friction propertion of ETPB and ETPB-Al2O3 were tested under liquid paraffin sliding conditions and the relationships between friction coefficient, wear rate and sliding speed, load were investigated. The wearing surface of ETPB and ETPB- Al2O3 were observed by SEM. The results showed that the wear resistance of epoxy resin could be modified by isocyanate terminated polybutadiene liquid rubber obviously and the wear resistance of ETPB could increased by filling nano- Al2O3. The optimal amount of Al2O3was 5% (mass fraction).
