摘要 将油封的表面效应和结构效应作为油封动态密封机理,借助有限元对密封介质在密封间隙中的流动情况进行了模拟,分析了油封唇口表层材料弹性皱纹的反旋段L1和正旋段L2的差值(ΔL)和轴转速(n)对表面效应引起的泵吸率的影响,以及转速对结构效应引起的泵吸率的影响。结果表明,随ΔL值的增加及轴转速的提高,由表面效应引起的泵吸率有所增大;随着轴转速的提高,由结构效应引起的泵吸率也随之增大;同时得出表面效应和结构效应两流体域内流体的压力分布和速度分布情况。 The dynamic sealing mechanism of an oil seal was its surface effect and structure effect. Using the finite element software ANSYS CFX, the flow of sealing medium in the sealing clearance was simulated. The difference of L1 (the elastic wrinkle's reverse rotation section on the oil seal lip surface) and L2 (the elastic wrinkle's forward rotation section on the oil seal lip surface)was AL, and the shaft rotation speed was n. The influence of AL and the shaft rotation speed n on the pumping rate caused by the surface effect was analyzed, and the influence of the shaft rotation speed n on the pumping rate caused by the structure effect was also analyzed. The results showed that the pumping rate caused by the surface effect increased with the increase of AL and n;The pumping rate caused by the surface effect was also increased with the increase of the shaft rotation speed. At the same time, the pressure distribution and velocity distribution of the two kinds of fluid caused by surface effect and structure effect were given respectively.
