摘要
水资源短缺是21世纪人类所面临的最主要问题之一,其对农牧业的发展无疑是一个巨大的挑战。近年来,植物对干旱胁迫的响应已成为国内外的研究热点之一,为此,结合国内外作物和牧草对干旱胁迫响应研究的动态,综述了作物和牧草对干旱胁迫响应及相关机理的研究进展,着重讨论了气孔调节、渗透调节和抗氧化防御系统在其中的重要作用,并对作物和牧草在抗旱研究工作中的思路进行了初步的探讨和展望,以期为节水和旱作农牧业提供借鉴。

This review emphasizes the plants adaptation to drought stress referring to an index of importance: stomatal regulation, osmotic adjustment, and the antioxidant defense system. Some advice is presented on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the available literature.
