摘要
目的 制作一种较理想的大鼠缺血性脑损伤昏迷模型。方法通过用单纯四血管阻塞法和改良后的四血管阻塞法分别+直径0.45、0.60、0.70mm注射器针头的“针控线拴法”(由我室人员周振华建立)对各组在昏迷时间和病死率之间进行比较,以便寻找一种较理想的缺血性昏迷模型。结果改良后的四血管阻塞法+0.60mm针头“针控线拴法”能够明显延长昏迷时间可达到6.8h,并且动物不至于死亡,跟其他组别在昏迷时间上差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论改良后的四血管阻塞法+直径0.60mm针头“针控线拴法”适合做大鼠缺血性脑损伤昏迷模型。
Objective To establish a kind of ideal ischemic brain injury coma model in rats. Methods by using four vessel occlusion and modifying four vessel occlusion add diameter of 0.45mm.0.60mm.0.70mm syringe needle to make the internal carotid artery stenosis ( established by zhen hua zhou of our department) and compare the time of coma and mortality among all of the groups, to find an ideal isehemic brain injury coma model in rats. Results Modifying the four vessel occlusion add diameter 0.60mm syringe needle to make the internal carotid artery stenosis can obviously prolong the time of coma and the rat can survive,the time of coma can achieve 6 - 8 hours, compared with others groups are significant deviation( P 〈 0.01 ) .Conclusion Modifying the four vessel occlusion add diameter 0.60mm syringe needle to make the internal carotid artery stenosis is suitable to establish ishemic brain injury coma model in rat.
