维甲酸对胃粘膜异型增生的治疗观察

Treatment of Gastric Mucosal Dysplasia with Retinoid Acid

对维甲酸治疗胃粘膜异型增生进行观察，结果表明：维甲酸治疗组患者胃粘膜异型增生程度，DNA非整倍体发生率，细胞增殖指数及随访结果均优于对照组。两组比较具有显著性差异（P＜0．05），表明维甲酸对胃粘膜异型增生有治疗作用。

A series of patients with gastric mucosal dysplasia was treatedwith retinoid acid (RA). Excellent therapeutic effect demonstrated was much superior than that of the control group in terms of grade of dysplasia, DNA aneuploidyfrequency, and cellular proliferation index (P<0. 05). It indicates that RA is useful in the treatment of gastric mucosal dysplasia.
