不同饱和度油脂对鸡蛋壳中钙沉积的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为研究饲料中添加不同油脂对鸡蛋壳中钙沉积的影响,选取了120(4×30)只海兰灰商品蛋鸡,随机分成4个处理,分别为基础日粮组,添加9.0%牛油基础日粮组;添加6.6%鸡油基础日粮组、添加7.9%豆油基础日粮组。试验结果显示牛油组和鸡油组中钙的沉积量高于对照组和豆油组,差异显著(P<0.05);豆油组钙沉积量略高于对照组,差异不显著(P>0.05);试验第4天,牛油组和鸡油组钙沉积量少于豆油组,差异显著(P<0.05)。各组之间的采食量和平均体重无显著性差异(P>0.05)。整个结果表明饲料中添加不同油脂可以影响鸡蛋壳中钙的沉积。 To study the calcium deposit in eggshell affected by different lipins diet,120 (4×30)Hyline grey layess were randomly allocated into 4 dietary treatments,the control diet,9.0% tallow diet,6.6% chicken fat diet and 7.9% bean oil diet. The results showed that the layers fed tallow and chicken fat diets had a significant difference in calcium depositing in eggshell compared with the other treatments(P〈0.05). Calcium depositing in eggshell of 7.9% bean oil diet was higher than the control diet, but there was no significant difference(P〉0.05). In the 4^st day of this trial,calcium depositing in eggshell of 9.0% tallow diet and chicken fat diet were lower than that in bean oil diet(P〈0.05). Meanwhile, average weight gain and feed intake of layers in different treatment were not significantly difference(P〉0.05). As a result, calcium depositing in eggshell could be affected by basal diet with the addition of different saturation lipins.
