摘要
针对热压焊机的温度控制问题,进行了数字控制器的设计与验证。先通过系统辨识建立电阻式加热器的温升动力学模型,然后根据动力学模型以及加热器的性能指标设计数字控制器,并以计算机控制方式实现。在控制器设计中,针对电阻式加热器的非线性温升特性,采用静态非线性变换将温度控制器设计转变为线性系统的控制问题,并设计最优控制器。仿真及实验结果表明,该温度控制系统达到了设计要求。
The design and field experiment of a digital temperature controller for a hot pressure welding machine was discussed. The design of the digital controller was on the basis of an accurately identified dynamic model that describes the temperature variation of the resistive heater to input voltage and was realized according to the performance requirements. Especially, for the nonlinearity of the resistive heater, an inverse nonlinear transform was introduced to change the controller design to a problem of linear system control, and an optimal controller was obtained for the welding machine. Simulation and field verification were presented to demonstrate the success of simulation and digital control.
