摘要
装配规划贯穿产品设计的整个过程。传统的方法基于定量模型,无法在概念设计阶段分析出产品的可拆卸性。针对概念设计阶段产品信息不完全的特点,提出了基于定性立体模型的产品可拆卸性分析方法,给出了基于领域和领域关系的定性立体模型,推导出定性装配模型;初步确定了其系统构成的3大部分:拆卸规划器、约束求解器和真理维护器,并以一简单装配件为例进行了实例应用分析。
The assembly planning exists in the whole product design process. Based on the quantity model, the traditional methods could not analyze the product disassembling in a conceptual design. For the incomplete information in the conceptual design, a disassembling analysis method based on the qualitative modeling was proposed, The qualitative model based on domain and domain relations was introduced. The assembling model was deduced. The system was constructed which includes three parts, i. e. disassembling planner, constraint solver and truth maintenance device. A simple assembly was exemplified to show the process of the new method.
