摘要
风险投资是很多创业企业发展的必经之路,它对于新兴企业的存亡至关重要。通过分析风险投资的特点、影响风险投资的各类风险,利用结构方程模型原理建立了风险投资的风险结构模型。通过对该模型的估计,可以分析各类风险对投资风险的影响,从而为风险投资的风险测量控制提供理论指导,为风险控制策略的制定提供依据。
As a necessary course for the development of the entrepreneurial enterprise, the venture capital is extremely important for its existence. By analyzing the characteristics and the risks on the venture capital, a risk structure model was founded according to the theory of ESM. Through the estimation of the model, the influence of the venture capitals of different kinds was analyzed, which provides a theoretic guidance for the measurement of the venture capital risk and a basis for the establishment of the risk controlling strategy.
