摘要
论述了供应链管理环境下的库存管理是由多个企业或部门参与的一体化活动,认为其既有以实物形式存在的实物库存,也有在信息技术支持下的虚拟库存。指出虚拟库存作为一种战略型管理思想决定着供应链物流的具体管理模式。通过比较不同库存模式下供应链物流管理特点,提出了虚拟库存下的供应链物流管理模式,强调信息、库存联盟、时间与速度的结合,研究了虚拟库存模式下的制造企业供应链物流管理模型,并针对该模型给出了系统的体系架构与实现技术。
Inventor＇ management in the environment of supply chain management is an integrative activity participated by muhi - enterprises or muhi - departments, for there exists substantive inventory as practicality form and virtual inventory held out by information technology. Virtual inventor.w, as a strategic management idea, decides the detailed management mode of supply chain logistics management （SCLM）. By comparing the characteristics of SCLM under different inventory management modes, the mode of SCLM based on virtual inventory was put forward. The combination of information, inventory union, time and speed were emphasized, The SCLM model on the manufacture enterprise under the virtual inventory mode was studied. The system architecture and the realization technologies were also given in detail.
