摘要
采用顶空萃取/气相色谱/质谱联用技术对蜘蛛香挥发油化学成分进行了分析,分离出70个组分,确认了其中55种组分,并用归一化法测定其相对百分含量,其相对含量占总挥发油组分峰面积的92.76%。
The chemical components of the essential oil from the Valeriana jatamansi Jones were analyzed by Headspace extraction-GC-MS. The total essential oil were separated 70 components, the amount of the components from the essential oil were determined by normalization method, the components separated were identified by GC-MS. there are 55 components which were identified and these components are composed of about 92.76% of the total essential constituents.
