大学图书馆新员工培训中的组织社会化模式——解读北卡罗来纳州立大学图书馆新员工培训方案 被引量:2

摘要 北卡罗来纳州立大学(NCSU)图书馆建立了一个新员工培训方案,这个方案基于这样一个理念:早期的组织社会化(organizational socialization)对新员工今后的成功有着重要作用。它的培训模型包括针对性的培训会议、一览表、图书馆关键部门和关键人物单独会见新员工等。本文详细介绍了图书馆的培训方法并对此进行了深入的分析和研究。
