缓解期偏执型精神分裂症患者生活质量调查

Evaluation on quality of life in remitted paranoid schizophrenia patients

目的:调查缓解期偏执型精神分裂症患者的生活质量。方法:采用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)、简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)和治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)了解患者的生活质量、精神状态、药物不良反应对生活质量的影响。结果:患者组的生活质量总分、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能明显低于对照组,并涉及到心身健康的多个方面。BPRS分与生活质量呈负相关。结论:缓解期偏执型精神分裂症患者的生活质量明显低于正常人群。

Objective：To evaluate the quality of life in renfitted paranoid schizophrenic patients. Method： Using general quality of life inventory （GQOLI-74）, brief psychiatric rating scale （BPRS）, treatment emergant sympton scale （TESS）, to understand the quality of life of patients, mental health status and drug adverse effect. Results： The scores of quality of life, physical function, psychological function, social function in patients group were significantly lower than normal control, and involve many sides of health in psychosomatic. BPRS scores had negative correlation with quality of life. Conclusion：The quality of life of remitted paranoid schizophrenia patients are significantly lower than normal people.
