冷却液储液罐泄漏自动诊断试验系统

摘要 提出一种汽车发动机冷却液储液罐试验系统的设计方案.采用减压阀和节流阀实现系统压力和流量控制,采用电磁阀实现各个支路的通断控制,可以对多个试验件同时进行试验.根据系统的压力的变化情况实现了试验件泄漏的自动诊断,采用计算机监控整个试验过程,不仅提高了试验精度,而且大大降低了操作人员的劳动强度. This paper presents a novel design of coolant tank testing system, where the pressure and flux is controlled by reducor valve and throttle. In order to test several tanks at the same time, electromagnetism valves are employed to turn on/ off of the spur tracks. The leak test is detected depending on the changing of pressure. Since it is computer based measurement and control, the accuracy of test is improved,and the workload of operation is reduced.
