摘要
应用ADAMS/View模块建立汽车的整车模型,进行了转向回正性能和转向轻便性能实验仿真.以操舵手力为评价指标,找到了满足转向轻便性的主销内倾角和后倾角的变化范围,在此范围内以残留横摆角速度为评价指标对主销内倾和主销后倾角进行了优化.仿真结果表明汽车的转向轻便性和回正性得到了更好的匹配.
Apply of ADAMS / View modules to establish the vehicle model of cars and put relevant design point parameters then conduct performance simulation between steer returnability and handiness. Found a kingpin inclination and caster scope which meets steer handiness according to evaluation index of the steer hand power. In this context based on the remnants yaw rate as the evaluation index the kingpin inclination and kingpin caster have been optimized. The simulation results show that car's steer handiness and returnability gain a better match.
