摘要
基于对2006年以来中央媒体相关报道的实证研究,勾画出长三角文化产业发展现状全景图:长三角地区在全国文化产业中具有领先发展的优势地位;上海市在长三角城市群中的领先地位不可动,成为长三角文化产业发展的驱动力;长三角城市群的文化产业竞争已成雁形方阵展开,初步形成错落有致的差序化发展格局;长三角城市群不同方阵之间存在着较大差距,而方阵内的城市之间的实力差别微弱;长三角文化产业的硬件建设成效显著,但其文化创新能力还要继续发扬光大,文化消费能力还应进一步培育和养成。通览这一全景图,长江三角洲的16座城市当能从中清醒地认识到自身的坐标和方位,从而找准自己的优势、差距和发展方向,发掘以往被忽略的具有巨大潜力的文化生产力,从而推进长三角地区整体的文化产业健康、快速和可持续发展。
Based on the content analysis of Chinese national news media since 2006, a panoramic view of the development of cultural industry in the Yangtze River Delta metropolitan area was presented vividly. Firstly, the Yangtze River Delta metropolitan area is playing a leading role among three metropolitan areas. Secondly, Shanghai exceeds other cities dramatically and acts as a driving force for the cultural industry in this area. Thirdly, the competitive situation has already been formed in several sequences among 16 cities in this area, and the differences exist distinctly between sequences but slightly within the same sequence. Fourthly, although achievements have been made in cultural infrastructure, the cultural consumption needs to be cultivated as well as the innovation ought to be motivated. After going through the panoramic picture, any decision makers of these cities would probably understand clearly about the strengths and weaknesses of the current cultural industry and its future direction and work out new approaches to develop the potential cultural productivity, hence maintaining a healthy, rapid and sustainable development of cultural industry in the whole metropolitan area.
