摘要
为了降低法国生产的TB200飞机的改装成本,对主起落架安装螺栓实施了反求设计。论述了螺栓尺寸及公差、材料及热处理工艺的反求设计过程。通过对螺栓机械性能的反求分析,论证了材料及热处理工艺反求设计的可靠性。实际使用情况证实,螺栓反求设计获得了成功。
In order to reduce the cost of modifying TB200 airplane, the reverse design of main undercarriage installation bolt have been implemented. It has discussed reverse design process of the bolt including its dimension, tolerance, material and technology of heat treatment. The reliability of reverse design has been demonstrated by reverse analysis of its mechanical performance. The feedback confirmed that reverse design of the bolt is successful.
