摘要
为了更好的了解超声波在拉丝加工的作用机理和塑性成形过程,以实际生产中常用的铜丝为例,建立了拉丝加工的三维有限元模型,首次利用ANSYS软件对常规拉丝和超声拉丝进行了有限元仿真研究,分得到了径向的变形曲线,拉拔应力,接触应力和摩擦应力的分布曲线。数据模拟结果表明,与常规拉丝相比,超声拉丝可以有效的减小拉拔力和摩擦力,改善产品的加工表面质量。
The process of wire-drawing with ultrasonic is quite complicated, which involves geometry nonlinearitv,material nonlinearitv and boundary nonlinearity. In order to understand the plastic deformation behavior of wire -drawing with ultrasonicand the function fo ultrasonic,a large three -dimensional deformation elastic-plastic finite element model of brass wire-drawing was established. wire-drawing with ultrasonic and normal wire -drawing were simulated by the finite element software ANSYS and got the curve of draw strain and friction strain. The simulated results show that wire-drawing with ultrasonic can effectively reduce the draw force and friction.The surface quality of the workpieces can be improved.
