摘要
应用动力学、运动学、弹塑性理论系统地分析了低频振动攻丝的运动机理和工艺系统刚性提高机理,指出了振动攻丝能降低攻丝扭矩、明显改善加工条件和提高螺纹质量。
The mechanism of systems kinematics and process rigidity-improvement in the low frequency vibratory tapping were systematically analyzed by using dynamics, kinematics, and elastics/ plastic theory. It has been pointed out that vibratory tapping can decrease the tapping torque, obviously improve the machining conditions and enhance screw quality.
