摘要
十二辊CR轧机是专门用于生产特殊钢的轧机,在实际生产中,轧机中间辊轴向窜动机构经常出现故障,严重影响生产。而拨叉是十二辊CR轧机中间辊轴向窜动系统的关键部件。利用ANSYS软件对拨叉受力情况进行了有限元分析,对轧机排除故障、优化创新具有指导意义。
12-roller CR mill was developed which is specifically used for the production of special steel. In practice, the axial movement framework of the CR mill middle roller often breaks-down, thus seriously affecting production. A nd the plectrum is the key component in the axial movement system of the middle roller. So it applies ANSYS software to do the finite element analysis on the pression of the plectrum. It will be significant in eliminating malfunction and optimizing innovation.
