摘要
首先介绍了关于混流式水轮发电机中转轮叶片传统的加工工艺过程,然后介绍了叶片压模设计过程和叶片加工过程,通过新旧工艺过程的对比,证明了新加工方案具有良好的可行性和经济性。
The old processing for hydraulic francis turbine blade is introduced at firstly, briefly. Then, the mould design method and the pressing processingfor the turbine blade is presented. The result show that the new method is very feasible and has a nicer economical benefit, through the comparison between the old and the new method.
