摘要
对大型数控铣镗床在加工过程中的主轴滑枕变形进行了分析,并针对变形情况设计了一种主轴自重变形补偿结构,以提高机床在加工过程中主轴滑枕在移动伸出后对零件的加工的精度,从而满足加工产品的精度和表面质量的要求。
It introduces a compensation structure of mechanical-electric-hydraulic integration for ram-self weight deformation, which can be usde to resolve the problem of back tilting of the square ram when it goes out to move forward on the large floo-type boring and milling machines.
