摘要
提出一种用于点焊机的焊接进给工作台伺服控制系统。系统基于高性能数字信号处理器(以下简称DSP)芯片TMS320F2812,对三轴直流伺服电机进行实时控制。反馈电路采用模块化设计,实现了对电机编码器的输出信号的采集。完成了DSP辛片软件编程,包括多区间变参数的数字PID控制器,数字测速M/T法等。最后通过实验在双轴工作平台上进行定位分析和稳定性仿真,系统达到较高的位置控制。
A servo control system used for spot weld was developed The system was based on the high performance digital signal processor(DSP) chip TMS320F2812. It was used as a real-time processor for the 3 axis DC servo motor. The design of reactive circuit was modularized, to gather the output signal from motor encoder. The software development was accomplished, which included multiple zones variable parameters digital PID controller and M/T method. The stability of the system was finally analyzed by simulation, and the result showed that the system had better performance in position control.
