摘要
结合激光高速切割机的运动控制要求,分析了全软件型激光切割数控系统的任务需求,介绍了Windows操作系统上的实时多任务调度机制、数据转换机制实现方法,并详细阐述了切割过程中回退和故障恢复等关键功能的实现机理。通过机床配套使用,所开发数控系统满足了板材高速切割的控制要求。
It analyzes the task of total software NC system for laser cuttmg machine according to the control demand for high speed laser cutting, and introduces the mechanism of multi-task real-time operation and data transformation in the Windows platform, and also expounds the handling mechanism in the cutting process for some key functions, such as go back and fault recovery and so on. By using this system in the practical machine tool, the system can well satisfy the control demand for the high speed metal sheet cutting.
