摘要
迭代是设计过程的一个基本特征,在快速响应制造系统中,新产品设计任务以一定的概率规则在各工作节点间逐一进行返工。通过对任务工作阶段的分析,考虑动态迭代情况对研制任务过程进行建模,得到了系统和各工作阶段的任务可靠性模型;最后通过对一个实际的设计过程分析,说明了任务可靠度的计算方法,指出了系统的薄弱环节并提出了改进设计方法。
Iterations is the basic character of design process, in quick response manufacturing system(QRMS),The design mission of new product is repeated between work nodes with iterations probability. Based on analyzing the task phases, it modeling the developing process considering the dynamic iterations, and the mission reliability model of system and task phases is presented. Finally, the calculational method of mission reliability educed by analyze an actual design process, the paper also point out the weak point of system and better design method.
