针对企业对CAPP系统的功能需求,建立了工艺模板定制方案,实现了基于XML的工艺模板定制系统的开发。在对工艺模板信息模型进行分析之后,提出了一种交互式的工艺模板绘制功能。允许工艺设计人员根据自己需要的格式绘制出相应的工艺卡片,并对绘制好的模板元素进行调整和修改,把生成的工艺卡片信息以XML文档的形式保存,并对新卡片的属性进行定义,为CAPP走向通用化打下重要基础。
