摘要
本文利用高技术产业的10年面板数据对研发支出的影响因素进行了实证分析。结果指出:内资企业的自主研发并非完全不依赖于外资而独立进行,其R&D支出活动与外资企业的R&D支出密切相关,且影响程度根据所有制类型有所不同,对国有企业的溢出效应较小,对其他所有制企业R&D溢出较大。此外,新产品需求、行业利润、企业规模与企业研发支出之间均存在十分显著的相关关系。
This paper quantitatively evaluates the spillover effect of foreign direct investment to R＆D activity based on the panel data of High - tech industry. The conclusion is mentioned below： The independent R＆D activity of domestic enterprise is not absolute independent of foreign investment. Their R＆D expenditure ties up the R＆D expenditure of foreign enterprise and the R＆D of FDI has the promotion effect to the independent ability of domestic enterprise. The spillover effect of foreign investment to enterprises of different ownership is not identical. The spillover effect to stated - owned enterprise is weaker and it to enterprise of other ownership is stronger. There exists a notable positive correlation between the requirement of new products,industrial profitability, size of enterprises and the enterprise R＆D expenditure.
