摘要
给出了企业规模对于技术创新的影响方式以及不同规模企业在技术创新上的优、劣势。以北京市265家高新技术企业数据为样本进行实证分析,得出了N型曲线和M型曲线,从而验证了高新技术企业技术创新的适度规模并且得出中等规模企业最不利于技术创新。文章最后对中等规模企业技术创新不利的原因进行了分析,并提出了若干应对策略。
The article first suggests different ways in which enterprise scales affect technological innovation and the advantages and disadvantages in technological innovation for high - tech enterprises of different scales. Then based on 265 high - tech enterprises＇ sample data in Beijing, the article takes on empirical analysis and the ＂N＂ and ＂M＂ curves in the results prove the proper scale for technological innovation important and the medium -sized enterprise is the most inappropriate scale. Finally, this paper analyzes the disadvantage of technological innovation for the medium enterprise and makes some policy recommendations.
