抽动障碍156例临床治疗效果观察

Clinical effect on treatment of 156 tic disorder cases

目的探讨治疗儿童抽动障碍(Tic disorder,TD)的最佳治疗方法。方法确诊为抽动障碍的患儿156例,随机分为三组,各组采用不同方法治疗,进行疗效对比分析。结果泰必利组有效率56%,脑电生物反馈组治疗有效率46%,综合组有效率81%,明显高于泰必利组和脑电生物反馈组(P<0.01)。结论对TD以综合治疗即药物治疗加脑电生物反馈治疗效果最佳。

Objective： To investigate the optimal therapeutic method in children with tic disorder（TD）.Methods： 156 children with tic disorder were divided three groups randomly.Different therapy methods were adopted in three groups respectively.Results： The effective rate in Tiapride group was 56%,and the effective rate in the brain wave biofeedback group 46%,but the effective rate in the combined group was 81%,which was higher than that both in Tiapride group and brain wave biofeedback group.Conclusion： The optimal therapeutic method on tic disorder is combining the medical therapy with brain wave biofeedback therapy.
