血府逐瘀汤治疗气滞血瘀型视网膜静脉阻塞的临床研究

Clinical Research on the Effect of Xufuzhuyu Decoction on Central Retinal Vein Occlusion Origining from Qi-stagnation induced Blood-stasis Type

目的:观察血府逐瘀汤治疗气滞血瘀型视网膜静脉阻塞临床疗效。方法:将68例患有气滞血瘀型视网膜静脉阻塞的患者,分为治疗组34例,对照组34例,治疗组口服血府逐瘀汤加减,对照组口服和血明目片。结果:治疗组总有效率76.47%,对照组总有效率55.88%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤治疗气滞血瘀型视网膜静脉阻塞有效。

Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of xufuzhuyu cadecoctioin on central retinal vein occlusion origining from qi - stagnation induced blood - stasis type. Method ：68 Patients who suffered from CRVO origining from qi - stagnation induced blood - stasis type were divided into treatment group（ 34 cases） who recept xufuzhuyu herbal medicine（ the dosage was add or deduct according to the serious of the disease） and control group（34 cases） who recept hexuemingmu tablets. Result ：The total effective rate of treatment group is 76.47% which is supior to 55, 88% ,the control group＇s（ P 〈 0, 05 ）. Conclusion ：Xuefuzhuyu caps is effective in treat on exudative age related macular degeneration.
