从近10年灸法文献看灸法的特色与优势

To Find the Characteristic and Advantage of Moxibustion From the Decadal Iiterature

目的:为弄清灸法临床研究发展现状,明确灸法的特色与优势,找出存在的问题。方法:收集1997-2006年在国内中文医学期刊公开发表的灸法(或以灸法为主)临床疗效观察文章648篇,提取70项相关信息,建立10年灸法文献信息表,进行统计分析。结果:灸法临床疗效观察研究的设计趋于合理,结果真实可靠,灸法临床适应症多达186种,有34个优势病种,对寒证、虚证疗效明显。结论:灸法有适应症广、临床疗效肯定等优势和特色。

Objective ：To make clear the clinical research development status quo of moxibustion, identify the characteristic and preponderance, and find out the existing problems. Method ：we have collected 648 articles of clinical therapeutic effect of moxibustion （ or mainly moxibustion） which were openly published in internal Chinese medical periodicals during the year 1997 to 2006. We have extracted 70 related information, and set up the ＂Information Table of Moxibustion Literature During 10 Years＂ to add up and analyze. Result; Our investigation shows that the clinical therapeutic effect observation of moxibustion is designed reasonable, and the results are reliable. There are more than 188 indications of moxibustion, and 34 dominant entities, especially to cold syndrome and deficient syndrome has manifest therapeutic effect. Conclusion ：Moxibustion has such advantages as wide extent ,positive curative, and convenient operation.
