认清发展形势创新发展理念把握发展机遇促进内蒙古广播影视大发展大繁荣2008年2月21日,全区广播影视工作会议在呼和浩特市召开。内蒙古广电局党组书记、局长刘永欣在会上作了题为《认清发展形势创新发展理念把握发展机遇促进内蒙古广播影视大发展大繁荣》的工作报告。报告从宣传工作取得显著成效、无线覆盖工程和西新工程稳步推进、安全播出得到加强、转星工程顺利完成、有线数字电视整体转换基本平稳、网络整合逐步推进、行业管理持续规范、产业发展态势良好七个方面,对2007年全区广播影视工作进行了简要回顾。提出了2008年全区广播影视工作的总体要求:"高举旗帜,围绕大局,服务人民,改革创新"。

In February 21st 2008,the national broadcast &TV working conference was hold in Huhhot.The secretary of party committee of Inner Mongolia Broadcast,TV & Radio Bureau, Liu yongxin made the working reports which is named 'Understand development situation Create development notion Take this opportunity in order to promote the development and prosperity of our regional broadcast &TV'.In this report,Mr.Liu reviewed the our regional broadcast and radio work in 2007.There are mainly 7 aspects in this report,including the propaganda conducted remarkably,the project of wireless covering and 'Xixin' project car- ried stably forward,the safety broadcast which was strengthen,the project of converting satellite signals completed successfully,the integral converting of cable digital TV run stably,the reorganizing network pushed forwards step by step,the industry management to be standardized basically,the development trend of broadcast industry to be good and so on.In the report,it was put forwards to hold high the great banner,take the whole situation into account,server the people and make innovation and creation.meanwhile it is the summary request of the whole regional broadcast and radio work in 2008.
