摘要
镀膜玻璃可见光透射比是其光学特性的重要指标之一。本文提出一种玻璃透射比光电积分测量法。与传统光电积分法相比,该方法一次性解决了实验光源与CIE标准照明体、光探测器的光谱灵敏度与CIE光谱光视函数不匹配的问题。给出了该方法中设计校正滤色器光谱透射比的基本算式,并用相对误差最小对校正滤色器进行优化设计,得到了较为满意的结果。实验表明,该方法测量误差为±1%,小于国标标准要求的±2%。利用该方法所设计的测量装置结构简单,测量速度快,开发成本低,有可能应用于在线快速的质量检测。
Visible light transmittance of coated glass is one of the important indexes of optical properties. A novel photoelectric integral measurement method for coated glass light transmittance is proposed. Compared with traditional photoelectric integral measurement method, the measurement method matches not only experiment illuminant to CIE standard illuminant, but photodetector spectral sensitivity to CIE human eye sensitivity. The basic formulas to calculate spectral transmittance for designing color filter are given, and the correcting color filter is optimized using evaluation function of minimizing relative error. Some satisfactory results are obtained. Experiments show that the measurement error is ±1%, which is less than ±2% GB request. The measurement instrument designed using the method has some advantages, such as simple structure, high speed, low cost, etc. It may supply references to rapid quality control and online detection.
