β成核剂对PP结晶性能的影响

摘要 研究了β成核剂对PP结晶性能的影响,并对β晶型PP进行了DSC扫描分析和广角X射线衍射分析。结果表明:β成核剂能显著改善PP的结晶性能,添加了β成核剂的PP,在DSC扫描图上出现了代表β晶型的熔融结晶峰,出现了熔融双峰;广角X射线衍射(WAXD)谱图上,在16.0°、21.0°的位置出现了两个尖锐的代表β晶型的β(300)和β(301)衍射峰。通过分析DSC和WAXD中出现的代表β晶型的峰强度,可以得出β成核剂的质量分数为0.5%时,β晶的质量分数最高,β晶的质量分数达28%。 The effect of β nucleating agent on the crystalline property of polypropylene (PP) is investigated. It is found that the β nucleation agent can improve the crystalline property of PP distinctively. The fusion peak, which is the characteristic of β crystalline state, is found on the DSC thermograms of PP added β nucleation agent. That is to say, the double fusion peak is appeared. Two shark diffraction peaks are found at the position of 16.0°and 21.0°in WAXD spectrim, which are the characteristic peaks of β(300) and β(301 ) respectively. Furthermore, it is found that the intensity of β peak is the highest while the mass fraction of β nucleation agent is 0.5%, the mass fraction of β crystalline state is up to 28%.
