F女士，30岁，有慢性高血压病史，首次妊娠期间可能发生过先兆子痫。现打算再次妊娠，希望了解高血压对再次妊娠的影响以及现阶段和妊娠期间最佳处理方案。本文将探讨慢性高血压孕前、妊娠期及产后的处理，重点将讨论妊娠期及哺乳期的治疗目标和用药安全。先兆子痫是慢性高血压孕妇最常见的并发症，也是F女士最担心的问题，因为她在前一次妊娠过程中可能出现过这一情况。所以，本文亦将系统阐述目前对先兆子痫发病机理的认识及其对孕母健康的长期影响。
