单向C/C复合材料导热系数的计算 被引量:7

CALCULATION OF THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY COEFFICIENT IN UNIDIRECTIONAL CARBON/CARBON COMPOSITE

摘要 针对实验室制备的单向C/C复合材料,利用平板导热模型对复合材料中炭纤维和基体炭的导热系数进行了计算,并对单向C/C复合材料的整体导热系数进行了模拟和预测。结果显示:平板导热的并、串联模型能对单向C/C复合材料沿纤维方向和垂直纤维方向的导热性能进行较为准确的模拟和预测。 The thermal conductivity coefficients of carbon fiber and matrix are calculated respectively through flat-model for thermal conductivity. At the same time, the thermal conductivity of unidirectional C/C composite is well simulated. The results show that, the vertical system and horizontal system in flat model for thermal conductivity are fit for the simulation and forecast of unidirectional carbon/carbon composite.
