摘要
体细胞胚胎发生在植物组织培养中是一种普遍现象。介绍了植物体胚发生的方式和起源,综述了体胚发生过程中多糖类物质、蛋白质和核酸的变化,体胚发生过程中内源激素的变化和外源激素的作用等研究进展。
Somatic embryogenesis is a very popular phenomenon in plant tissue culture. The recent progress in the way and origin of somatic embryogenesis was introduced. The changes of carbohydrate, protein and nucleic acid in somatic embryogenesis, the change of endogenous hormone and the action of exogenous hormone were reviewed.
