摘要
将实验和生产实际相结合,研究探讨了石墨电极在成型时油量波动的原因,结果表明成型油量不仅取决于油焦对沥青的吸附性,而且还受沥青组成的影响。在油焦供给特性稳定的情况下,根据沥青的特性适时调整适合石墨电极挤压成型的油量。
The causes resulted in the fluctuation of amount of pitches in the molding of graphite electrode were discussed by combining the experiment results with practical production. The results showed that the amount of pitches was not only dependent on the adsorption of the petroleum cokes, but also the pitch compositions, When the characteristics of the cokes was stable, the amount of pitches would be adjusted according to the properties of the pitches.
