三峡库区主体特色农业发展战略思考

The Development Ponder of the Major Characteristic Agriculture in Three Gorges Reservoir

根据三峡库区生态经济区的特点,依据国家产业布局政策,立足库区独特的地理、气候和生态资源条件和特色农业的发展基础,提出库区突出发展柑桔、草食牲畜和水产3大特色农业产业的构想;分析其客观必然性,剖析优势条件和不利因素,从宏观上对3大产业的发展思路和着力点进行了探索和思考,并提出了相应对策。

According to the characteristic of ecological economic area in the Three Gorges reservoir as well as the state＇s industrial policy layout, based on the special resource of geography, climate, ecology and the development of characteristic agriculture, Three major characteristic agriculture which were orange, herbivorous livestock and aquatic product were proposed. The objective necessity, advantages and disadvantages of characteristic agriculture were analyzed. The macroscopically development notion corresponding measures were put forward in order to provide scientific gist and strategic development concept of the characteristic agriculture in the Three Gorges reservoir.
