摘要
加肋锥—环—柱结合壳是柱壳与锥壳连接的一种新型的、优越的结构形式,它能大幅降低锥、柱壳结合部的应力峰值,提高承压能力,结合部结构重量较现在采用的加强结构重量小,最大应力不出现在结合部焊缝上。文中展示系列模型试验结果,通过比较分析,验证加肋锥—环—柱结合壳的优越性,验证课题组提出的计算加肋轴对称结合壳应力和稳定性的"分区样条等参元方法"和"ARSASS"程序的正确性。
As a new type joining construction,the ring-stiffened cone-toroid-cylinder combination shell, which joins the ring-stiffened cylindrical and conical shells with toroidal segment, is described, it has excellent structural behaviour. It can largely reduce the stress concentration at the joining section, and raise the load carrying capacity of the combination shell.It can avoid the harmful state that the highest stress occurs at the butt weld of the joining section.As compared to those in use strengthening construction of the ring-stiffened cone-cylinder combination shell, the weight of the ring-stiffened cone-toroid-cylinder com- bination shell is quite lighter.The test results of stresses and load carrying capacities of series models of the ring-stiffened cone-toroid-cylinder combination shell are presented.The test results,as well as the computed results of the series models are compared and analyzed all-sidely to verify the excellence of the ring-stiffened cone-toroid-cylinder combination shell.The Subregion Isoparametric Splice Element Method for the strength and stability analysis of the ring-stiffened combination shell of revolution,as well as the software ARSASS developed on the basis of that method, are also validated by the test results of the series models.
