摘要 利用单片机设计了软件及硬件组成的超声波非接触式测距系统.在系统中,检波接收电路和温度补偿电路分别使用了CX20106A和DS18B20两款集成芯片,减少了电路之间的相互干扰,减小电噪声,系统测距范围为0.2~6m,最大测距误差不超过3cm.该系统具有硬件结构简单、工作可靠、流程清晰、精度高等优点,并能实现距离的实时显示. A non-contact ultrasonic distance testing system based on microprocessor is presented, and the software and hardware are introduced. The integrated chips of CX20106A and DS18B20 are separately used in the detection accepting circuit and the temperature compensation circuit, the mutual disturbance between circuits and the eletrical noise are reduced. The range of the system is 0.2 to 6m, and the largest error does not exceed 3cm. The proposed system has the advantage of the simple hardware, stable operation, distinct programme flow and high accuracy. The results can also be displayed in real-time.
